Arrow Warranty and Maintenance Policy
The device cannot be repaired under warranty if the warranty card and purchase invoice showing the serial number and model number are not provided.
The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as: air filters, outer casing, buttons, speakers, lights, glass, remote controls, etc.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the specific item listed.
The company is not responsible for any damage caused to the consumer due to device misuse.
For devices with a compressor, motor, or display panel, after the second year, the warranty is limited to replacing the compressor, motor, or display panel only.
The warranty does not cover labor costs or refrigerant charges.
The warranty period includes free replacement parts but does not include free repair labor.
The company may charge a service fee for home visits, applicable only to non-movable devices such as split AC units. If the device is found damaged due to misuse (e.g., lack of cleaning), fees may apply.
If the customer wishes to return the device within the return period, the device must be in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging, and unused in a way that affects resale.
If any parts are missing, the customer will be charged for the missing parts.
Cardboard and product packaging will be charged at 30% of the device’s value.
The Warranty Becomes Void in the Following Cases:
Accidents resulting from shipping, delivery, handling, or improper installation.
Malfunction or damage caused by abnormal use, negligence, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, or any other reason beyond the manufacturer’s control.
Accidents resulting from improper use or mishandling.
Any tampering, alteration, or erasure of the serial number on the device, or any signs of erasure on the warranty card.
Use of the device, intended for personal or home use, for commercial purposes or in profit-driven work environments, including intensive operation exceeding normal household usage.

Screens 58 inches and above
Refrigerators 9 cubic feet and above
Twin Tub Washing Machines 12 kg and above
Automatic Washing Machines of all sizes
Freezers of all types
Ovens with five burners or more
All types of Split and Window Air Conditioners
