Arrow Warranty and Maintenance Policy:

  1. The device cannot be repaired under warranty without the warranty card and purchase invoice showing the serial number and model number.
  2. The warranty does not cover consumable parts such as the air filter, outer casing, buttons, speakers, lights, glass, remote control, etc.
  3. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the specific part listed.
  4. The company is not responsible for any damage caused to the consumer as a result of using the device.
  5. For devices containing a compressor, motor, or screen after the second year, the warranty is limited to replacing the compressor, screen (panel), or motor only.
  6. The warranty does not cover labor costs or the cost of refrigerant.
  7. The warranty period includes free spare parts but does not include free labor for repairs.
  8. The company reserves the right to charge a service team travel fee for in-home maintenance. This service is limited to stationary appliances such as split air conditioners.If the appliance is found to be malfunctioning due to misuse, such as neglect of cleaning, the company will charge a fee.
  9. The appliance must be in its original condition as purchased, with all original accessories and packaging, and must not have been used in a way that affects its resale value. If any parts are missing, the customer will be charged the full cost of the missing part, plus the cost of the carton and packaging, which is 30% of the appliance’s value.
The warranty is void in the following cases:
  1. TVs 58 inches and larger
  2. Refrigerators 9 cubic feet and larger
  3. Twin-tub washing machines 12 kg and larger
  4. Automatic washing machines of all sizes
  5. All freezers
  6. Ovens with five burners and larger
  7. All types of split and window air conditioners
