Shipping and Delivery Information

Arrow Company ships the products requested by our customers to anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through accredited shipping companies, with shipping fees specified at the time of order.

The company also ensures the safety of the product until it reaches and is received by the customer.

Note:

  • Our website does not provide services or products to any countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) in accordance with the law (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

  • Delivery is up to the building entrance only.

Shipping Cost

The shipping fee is the amount displayed to the customer during the checkout process on the website, estimated at approximately SAR 30.

Note: We do not offer free shipping.

Product Shipping Process / Goods Terms

  1. Step 1: Once the customer places an order on our website, we process the order and send an email containing all details related to the order.
    Step 2: Arrow coordinates with the shipping company and dispatches the product(s) ordered by the customer.
    Step 3: The product(s) are handed over to the shipping company, and the customer is contacted to confirm their address and location.
    Step 4: The customer receives the product(s), inspects them thoroughly, and signs for delivery.
