Arrow Company ships products ordered by our customers anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via approved shipping companies. Shipping fees are specified upon ordering.

The company guarantees the safety of the product until it reaches the customer and is received.

Product Shipping Process/Merged Goods Terms:

Step 1: Once the customer places their order on our website, we process the order and send them an email containing all the details related to their order.

Step 2. Aro begins communicating with the shipping company and sends the product(s) ordered by the customer.

Step 3: The product(s) are delivered to the shipping company, and the customer is then contacted to confirm their address and location.

Step 4: The customer receives the product, inspects it thoroughly, and signs for receipt.
